Kathryn Cobb has appeared on national television in "The Competition: The World of Beauty Pageants." She has over 30 years of experience in performing, consulting and coaching. Kathryn received her BFA in Theatre and Speech from Stephens College, Columbia, MO.
As a freelance actress in television and films, she has worked with Academy-Award Winner Frances McDormand and Emmy-Award Winner Armand Assante. Adding to her list, she has also worked with comedian Orlando Jones. Kathy has turned down a reality series but is actively pursuing her acting career.
Kathryn uses voice, diction and communications training to provide the best possible pageant preparation, interview techniques, presentation skills plus personal and professional development. A well-known public speaking
consultant, she has trained numerous executives on how to perfect their speech and presentations all over the Southeast.
Kathryn has coached many Miss South Carolina's, Miss South Carolina USA's,
Miss South Carolina Teen USA's, Miss South Carolina United States, Mrs. South Carolina United
States and South Carolina Junior Misses. Kathryn has also coached corporate clients such as Morgan Stanley and the Columbia Chamber of Commerce.
Kathryn Cobb coached Mrs. United States 2008, Gariane Phillips Gunter, MD and Mrs. South Carolina-America 2008, Kim Sullivan who finished as 3rd runner-up at
nationals. This is the highest finish for a Mrs. South Carolina at Mrs. America since the 60's.
